Pricing
The price for each product purchased is reflected on your order and will remain the price regardless of any subsequent price changes we make. In addition to the quoted price, you will pay shipping and handling charges.

Taxes and Duties
For purposes of calculating value-added tax, the ship-to location shall govern. You are responsible for any customs duties or other fees payable upon import of the products into your country. Because these duties and fees can vary and change over time, we recommend that you check on such duties or other fees before placing your order. Should you refuse delivery of the products, you will be responsible for the return freight charges to us.

Payment
If you have a credit account with IBS (NI) Limited and you wish your goods to be charged to this account, please submit your account number with your order for validation. Otherwise, payment in full is due prior to shipment. We will accept payment via debit, credit card or postal cheque. You must supply your debit, credit card details when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until we ship products to you.

Shipping
We will ship products according to current shipping procedures. We will attempt to ship the products within 24 hours but will not be liable for any failure to do so. For items on backorder we may ship whenever the products become available without notice to you.

Title
Title to all products passes to you upon delivery of the product to the selected carrier.

Returns
Requests for returns must be made within 5 working days. You must obtain from us a Returns Number. All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all items provided with the product. You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance to return items.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies provided here are your sole and exclusive remedies for breach of this agreement by us. In no event will we, IBS (NI) Limited, be liable to you for any damages, including incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages. In no event will our liability to you ever exceed the total amount paid by you for the product purchased.

Force Majeure
IBS (NI) Limited shall not be liable for any losses or damages, and shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance hereunder, caused by any labour dispute or disturbances, governmental order or requirements, acts of God, casualty, disaster, inability to secure materials and transportation facilities, wars and other civil disturbances, and other circumstances beyond its control including the failure of it’s supplier(s) and/or subcontractors to perform.

Circumstances which provide force majeure for IBS(NI)Limited will be held to provide force majeure for its supplier(s).

Data protection
By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use personal data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order. By placing your order you also agree that we may use personal data in order to provide you with information on other IBS(NI)Limited products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not agree to such use of your personal data, please indicate so on your correspondence to us.

If any personal data we hold concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Northern Ireland.
